His decision to construct mailboxes began ten years ago when he noticed that nearly all the architectually beautiful homes in his area were displaying an inexpensive metal mailbox in their front yards. This gave Dave the idea of taking his woodworking skills and using them to build custom mailboxes that would compliment people’s homes.
Over the last ten years Dave has built over 500 mailboxes which he has either designed himself or collaborated with customers to build custom mailboxes based on their specific needs. Dave's mailboxes have been sold in numerous stores along the East Coast and he has been a featured craftsman in many of them as well.
What makes Dave's mailboxes unique is that each one is individually hand made, they are built to withstand all the elements ( heat, rain, sleet, snow, and wind ) year after year after year, and they can be built in any design you wish.
